Terms and Conditions
- Customers understand that they are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, customs regulations, entry requirements, and travel limitations and guidance as may be applicable to their itinerary (including but not limited to currency exchange disclosure requirements and baggage restrictions).
- Customers understand that The Company will not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from booking or using air tickets or accommodation or any third-party distributors.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that The Company’s only role is to provide assistance in arranging the reservations, tickets and confirmations for travel services as contracted through third-party suppliers.
- Customers understand that The Company is not the provider of transportation, accommodations, or any other services included in the itinerary, and that their contract in respect of such arrangements is directly with the supplier specified on the respective contractual documentation.
- The Company will not be held responsible for any lost items or damage to items during transit. All risk of loss or damages passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier(s).
- The Company does not accept any liability for, or guarantee or indemnity in respect of, any delays, loss of services, or incorrect or incomplete information presented in the customer’s itinerary documents, or any damage or injury, however caused, suffered by the customers.
