Flight Cancellation Policy
Every booking made on https://myvoiaj.com/ is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class. Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy. Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy. Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to myvoiaj (info@myvoiaj.com). We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly. Amendment charges on https://myvoiaj.com/.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class. To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, myvoiaj recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request to us Via Mail for refunds. Flights booked under promotions, deals, or offers are in certain circumstances cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable too. Please read through the terms and conditions of the deal/offer/promotion. If you have completed your online/phone/or any online/offline check in procedure, Myvoiaj will not be able to process the refund. The customer has to contact the concern airline’s customer support for further procedure.
Please Note: A service fee of 100 AED per passenger would be charged for support for cancellation request & processing.
In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancellation request. In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. myvoiaj has nothing to do with the refund amount. myvoiaj will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show. In the circumstances wherein an airline discontinues its operations, Myvoiaj will not be accountable for the same and a decision on the refunds will be taken as per the airline’s stance and statement.
Hotel Amendment & Cancellation Policy
Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific hotel’s policy. Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to https://myvoiaj.com/ (info@myvoiaj.com). We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the hotel directly. To cancel the booking within 24 Hrs of the journey, myvoiaj recommends customer to contact directly to the Hotels and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.
Refund Policy
https://myvoiaj.com/ will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets & hotel booking will be credited directly in customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines & Hotels respectively. Any Add-ons purchased in Myvoiaj website is not refundable (Ex: Agent fees if added in the purchase) Myvoiaj will process refund within 72 Hours only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/Hotel/Transporter/Other Suppliers. Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 – 90 days in case of net banking transactions. Please note that, the bank may deduct the Foreign Exchange (FX) charges as applicable. For eg: If you have booked in AED currency and have used a bank card with US currency, then there would be Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from AED to US. The Foreign Exchange (FX) rates are updated daily and are derived from official sources. Contact your bank to know more about Foreign Exchange (FX) rates charges.
